Using Filtering in Excel

Excel that allows you to "filter" data as necessary. On the raw data sheet, select the column you would like to use as your filter criteria. You should see the whole column highlighted.

Now, from the "Data" menu, select "Filter" -> "Auto Filter".

You should see like a "drop down" menu added to the top of the selected column. Now from that column, filter on "1". This will show only those rows where the selected column has a value of "1" (you can filter on anything, other "1". "1" is just an example in this case).
