Download CSV Raw Data - How To?

How can I download the raw data in .CSV format?

We provide you the option to download the CSV (Comma Separated) ASCII Test file of the data. To download the file go to:
  • Login »  Surveys »  Reports »  Export Data »  Raw Data - CSV File
From the Output File Format menu select the CSV - Comma Separated Values (.csv) option and click on the Download button.

What are the different file/filter options available?

  • Open Ended Text Data: By default Open Ended Text data is not included. Select the check box to include Open Ended Text Data.
  • Time Filter: Enter in the Start Date and the End Date to download the data only for a particular time period.
  • Response Status Filter: Select the required response status filter.
