Global List Vs. Survey Specific List

What is the difference between a "Global List" and a "Survey Specific List?"

If you have your email lists and would like to use them across multiple surveys you must upload the email addresses as "Global Lists" - In this way, you'll be able to access the list across multiple surveys.

On the other hand, if a list is specific to one survey, you should upload them as survey specific lists.

I created a new list but cannot access it in other Surveys.

When a new list is created, the default list type is Survey Specific Email List. If you wish to use the list for different Survey Please upload it as a Global List.

Can I change a list from a Survey Specific List type to a Global List?

No - Not at this time. We may add this feature in the future.
