How do I access the SMS Notification Option?

How does the SMS Text Messaging notification work?

With the SMS/Text Messaging notification option, you can notify any Cell/Mobile phone with a brief message when a particular criteria (Dissatisfied Customer etc.) is met. The text messsage will include the following details:
  1. The Subject / Survey Name
  2. The Response ID
  3. Custom Variable 1-5
